- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase for customers in Peninsular Malaysia.

Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Malaysia: Nationwide shipping available.
- International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within Malaysia. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Time
- Domestic (Malaysia): Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days (Standard Shipping).
- International: Unfortunately, shipping outside of Malaysia is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.

International Shipping Fees & Duties

- Customs Clearance: Delivery may take longer due to customs clearance procedures. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs delays.

- Lost Packages: If the package is deemed lost, we will either offer a full refund or resend your order, depending on the circumstances.
